As a daughter of an Ex-employee and a niece of another Ex-employee I kinda know how stuff is done,,but im not saying I'm an... expert but I wanted to let you know that only 2 employees know how to make the cookies right when Becky Kendell and JenniferWilson make the cookies there soft which I really like because I have braces and last night I went in to buy a cookie and theywere hard and crunchy,, I didn't get one because I knew they we crunchy because the outing was light brown and puffy,, and Idon't like going in there because noone ever cleans after the deep clean was suppose to happen there things weren't clean,, andever since Cindy because manager they don't do the thing they are suppose to do. I don't think I've ever felt like more of an inconvenience in my life. The young man taking orders was extremely rude and... lackluster. He carried the turkey for my sandwich over to the cash register and laid his hand on the counter, then walked backand put it on the bread. I watched him throw the salad bowl around with the people in front of us, and roll his eyes and getattitude with the lady behind us when she was ordering. Terrible service, wish I could give 0 stars.
