This is exactly what you expect from an urban neighborhood coffee bar. The vibe of the place in definitely city-chic, from the... deceptively large interior decorated with old album covers to the bistro seats on the sidewalk outside. So came here by chance as I was waiting for my son to finish an appointment and boy am I glad I did! I am a coffee addict and... love a good atmosphere and this place has it all great coffee (cafe con leche), pastries (peanut butter cup cookie), atmosphere,and the owner/staff were AWESOME! Loved the place, thought it was super cute, felt like all the goodies were made by a Grammy. The guy who waited on us, was a... little rude, made us feel rushed all bc there was a "BIG " drink order, after I said, it's no big deal we aren't in a hurry, then told us we couldn't have something iced.. instead of trying to accommodate my partner! So I asked for a cup of ice and madeher drink iced after the tea steeped. Then didn't add the milk to her drink. When people walk into your establishment to spendtheir hard earned money, being rushed and rude isn't my kinda place I want to support. Read more

So it was my first time here and everything was so delicious. I got the Fireside Chat latte and it was so good! Our total for... two people (drinks and food) was 13.00 which was a shock for me because I usually pay more. The prices are great and the localpastries were delicious. The service was welcoming and accommodating. Parking may be hard since it?s on market street, but wecame early in the morning and parked on a side street near the cafe with no issue. Fantastic tea selection, amazing pastries, delicious coffee, and the ambiance is so welcoming and homey. The baristas were very... nice and knowledgeable! The Drip Drive brought us here, but we?ll definitely be back for more! We split the ?Better Morning?muffin (raisins, apple, and carrot), a raspberry strudel, and a turkey and cheese and egg sandwich. They were all delicious! Myfiancé got Angel Falls light roast coffee and I got their Jasmine tea. We were both very satisfied costumers! Read more
I always have a good time here and I would have given five stars except for the changes in seating since the Covid hysteria.... Fewer seats and most of them are the less comfortable diner type wooden chairs/table arrangement. The baked goods: excellent andlocal. Homemade soup sometimes disappointing but I give a Silverstar for effort and variety! Wide assortment of bulk tea (it hasthe equivalent of a four-shelf bookcase Full of jars.) available to purchase for your own use or to enjoy by the cup whileyou?re here. Our writing group comes here often because of the casual college eclectic ambience and the menu of course. Wereally miss the missing seats because this is a popular place and often the tables are all taken by solitaryindividuals.(although you could join them that does break up your group) Where else could you order coffee with a name likeChristmas Goat???
