Worst service ever at Summit Mall location. Ordered one pretzel. The cashier was only interested in scrolling on her personal... phone directly on the counter right in front of me. wish i could give 0 stars!!! ordered 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels. told it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, i asked where my... pretzels were. i had watched the girl make them and then leave them on a shelf to do something else. why can?t you just give memy food when it?s done and hot?? employees were rude and had horrible customer service. the mall is great but i won?t be back tothis Auntie Anne?s. very rude old lady here! i purchased drink for Daughter, paid card then asked if i could change $1 because Daughter wants to use... the machine inside the mall that only accepts quarters then she showing some nasty attitude! i can understand if they don't dochange but her nasty attitude is not necessary the young cashier that assist me was nice but that old lady rolling the doughbeside her is having some attitude problem! Yeah, pretty sad location! Spent $14 pretzels drinks and they wouldn?t even give $2 in quarters for change, so pathetic.
Was very disappointed get their around 530 and the advised they will not make any more pretzels had choose from what they made... earlier. Customer service a 2 out 5 only cashier was only positive experience. Read more
i would give less than one star if i could. they NEVER have pretzels. i was in line for a pretzel and they ran out ( after... messing up the order in front of mine ). i was assured there would be more in 8 minutes and paid. eight minutes pass and iwatch the person working there flirt with various girls, never once attempting to make more pretzels. after wasting my timewaiting for over 10 minutes i get a refund because they "forgot about me". How do you forget to make pretzels? It's literally apretzel store. i give this store the benefit of the doubt and try again another day. there's only one pretzel and it's beenburnt to Hell. I never have these issues anywhere outside of the Summit Mall. I almost exclusively shop at Belden Mall when Iwant to shop now because I know there will actually be pretzels. Read more
