Honestly, as a person who has worked in customer service, I understand that older individuals can often be troublesome. What I... do not understand, however, is having a party of 2 sit and wait for 30 minutes while sitting other parties of 2 who came inafter us. All we?re older people, and none of them had to wait. The hostess ignored us for half an our after taking down ourname, and as you can see from the picture below, there is no one else waiting. Now, we are waiting because the table that shouldhave been ours has been filled with someone who just came in. Typically, I would be understanding, but this woman has sat 4tables that came in immediately. She?s been rude and knows we are here. Read more

Staff was very pleasant and gave suggestions in conversation as opposed to forcefully. Enjoyed the food, though I felt a tad... sluggish afterwards. (Most likely due to my decision to eat an exceptional amount of pancakes...) Overall, I would go backgladly! Read more
Business was clean and the minute I walked in I was given a table. Food was excellent as expected. Service however was something... that could have been better. Tyler was good at getting to my order and bringing my order. However I had to wave down anotherserver to get a second cup of coffee. I find it hard to believe that individuals that are working for tips would not top offdrinks on a regular. Now I watched as he was laughing with others which is fine but remember the customers. After the youngwoman brought me a mother coffee she approached Tyler and informed of what she had down and his response was ?oh well?, I knowthis because I was close enough to see and hear him. My recent visits to Bob Evans in other locations has been disappointing. After the horrible treatment at another restaurant this... same morning we ended up here. The experience has been fantastic. Our Server Brenda made up feel at home and welcome. The itemswe ordered were no problem. The service was excellent, the food was exactly what we expected.
