Honestly, as a person who has worked in customer service, I understand that older individuals can often be troublesome. What I... do not understand, however, is having a party of 2 sit and wait for 30 minutes while sitting other parties of 2 who came inafter us. All we?re older people, and none of them had to wait. The hostess ignored us for half an our after taking down ourname, and as you can see from the picture below, there is no one else waiting. Now, we are waiting because the table that shouldhave been ours has been filled with someone who just came in. Typically, I would be understanding, but this woman has sat 4tables that came in immediately. She?s been rude and knows we are here. Read more

Staff was very pleasant and gave suggestions in conversation as opposed to forcefully. Enjoyed the food, though I felt a tad... sluggish afterwards. (Most likely due to my decision to eat an exceptional amount of pancakes...) Overall, I would go backgladly! Read more
Business was clean and the minute I walked in I was given a table. Food was excellent as expected. Service however was something... that could have been better. Tyler was good at getting to my order and bringing my order. However I had to wave down anotherserver to get a second cup of coffee. I find it hard to believe that individuals that are working for tips would not top offdrinks on a regular. Now I watched as he was laughing with others which is fine but remember the customers. After the youngwoman brought me a mother coffee she approached Tyler and informed of what she had down and his response was ?oh well?, I knowthis because I was close enough to see and hear him. At the entrance on several occasions, very welcoming and competent attendants. The team do an impressive job seating folk at the... busiest of times. For menus and cooks are excellent with brilliant servers. This site does an amazing job! Read more
As far as BE's go I would recommend you keep driving right on by. Had 4 in our party and none of us got our order correct. The... food tasted as if it had been sitting far too long...chicken dry and chicken and noodles had grease floating on the top with somuch pepper it was difficult to eat. Our server wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Also, when we asked for the items wedidn't get or that the kitchen cooked incorrectly she just rolled her eyes at the mistake and never did apologize for themistake. Only checked back once to bring the check. Glad I was traveling and don't need to deal with coming back but if you areon the road and looking for a good meal, might I suggest a gas station instead? Pretty good for a family breakfast/lunch. Expect a wait though as it is a popular spot, we waited 30 minutes for a table for 5... but the waitress was lovely as always. Food is good especially the honey chicken shown in the photos! Drinks are not myfavorite here, the juice tastes more like juice flavored water but the caramel espresso coffee is the best choice, plus freerefills can't beat that. Read more
My recent visits to Bob Evans in other locations has been disappointing. After the horrible treatment at another restaurant this... same morning we ended up here. The experience has been fantastic. Our Server Brenda made up feel at home and welcome. The itemswe ordered were no problem. The service was excellent, the food was exactly what we expected. I highly recommend asking to be inBrenda's section. The restaurant was clean and well light also. Thanks you for turning a bad experience at one place into a goodexperience here. Read more
