The food is always cold here. I don't know why we keep coming back but we love Whoppers so I guess we're hoping to eventually... get a hot one. Service wasn't very fast either so we were commenting to ourselves how is this sandwich cold when it took 5minutes or more to make (and they weren't busy). Read more
Google showed they were open until 11pm. We showed up at 9:50 and the lady was super nasty because they "closed in 10 minutes".... We apologized and she was still rude for no reason. Read more
service was absolutely terrible , they argued about making my food with the window wide open and when i asked for extra sauce... they gave me none . they also gave my boyfriend an attitude while we were trying to order and proceeded to ask us 7 times if wewere ready to order when we said to give us a moment with not a single car behind us , they also gave us jalapeño poppersinstead of my 8 piece . i went through and there was a new manager at the window , she was very nice and replaced all of ourfood and had explained she had fired the person who was causing the mess . Ordered breakfast from the drive through. Paid for order and was asked to pull over to the side. Waited 20 minutes but was... trying to be understanding of them being busy (although a lot of cars left as we waited) Our food came out, but it wasn't ourcomplete order. I went inside to let them know. There were customers inside and I was nervous to bother them but we had alreadypaid and was missing half the order. I told the lady (manager) what I was missing although she barely gave me the time to talkand was frantic. Again, understandable since they were busy but at this point we had been waiting 30 minutes. She rummaged herhand in my bag and dumped all the hashbrowns. I waited another 5 minutes for them to get the rest of my order. I got the correctamount of sandwiches, but they were not the correct sandwiches. No point in going back if they don't care and I'm only in theway. I understand places get busy and I was very mindful of that, even getting the wrong sandwiches, but the way the lady actedand handled it was unnecessary. I hope they got caught up and don't treat too many others badly for their bad days. Read more
AWFUL. Pretty much everytime we go here the order is either incorrect or it takes about 5 to 7 minutes at the drive thru to have... it delivered to us. Also theres a man who works there "can't use name for legal reasons but let's call him Dollar Store Mr.Clean" who is so unspeakably rude, that I question why he works there at all. Everytime we encounter this guy he is just theabsolute worst, EVERY. TIME. No exceptions. Read more
I can honestly say that I eat from here way to often so I can verify that it's a great place to grab a bite to eat. The staff... at this location are awesome and make quality fast food ???? the turnaround is typically super fast even when packed and thequality is 9.8/10 every time, and that's just because we know you've seen the salad and just happen to forget about it everytime lol ???? I have built up a lot of trust that it's done the right way the first time and I'm yet to be disappointed after 2years of eating here. Went through the drive though. Never had a problem in the past. Today, however was a pure nightmare. I ended up telling the teen... I would be coming in to see a manager. I went in and the manager appears to be the problem as to why the staff is so poor. AsI spoke to him he walked away from me to help one of his staff without a word? no apologies or excuse me for a moment. The placeis in total disarray. Other customers in the restaurant even stated they told not know what they are doing. I left with noorder or resolution that the issue. Very disappointing. Read more
Service is terrible, I ordered an ice coffee and I don't think there's a drop of actual coffee in it. They had just opened and... my hashbrowns are cold. Hadn't had Burgerking in years, thought I'd give it another try. Definitely will not be going back. Read more
