I use to manage a burger king before. This is ran poorly. Guy at the drive thru didn?t speak loud enough and no one could hear... him. He took the order wrong and forgot to give our drinks . Went inside and they tried to say we were wrong . Drinks aresuppose to be handed out before food always . Because he rang the order up wrong they tried to say it couldn?t be fixed.Thankfully the manager heard correctly but apparently no one wanted to listen . I asked for 2 medium Sprites. Got home & they tasted like soda water. I went back to return them & they tried to give me 2 more.... I asked for a refund with my receipt & the employee tried to tell me that I got a meal & give me less than I paid when it wasclearly on the receipt...no apologies. My boyfriend and I pulled through the drive thru for a doordash order. We heard nothing through the speakers. So, we pulled up... to a window and some guy smiled at us through the window. He rudely laughed and waved and then walked away. Then finally a womancame to the window and said they're closed due to not having buns. They were supposed to close at 1:00am. Pathetic store. It is ridiculous at night time especially for door dash, the staff does not take people?s time into consideration. There is... ALWAYS a very long line and this is every night! There has to be a better operation put in place so that a customer does nothave to spend 45-60 minutes in line! I?ve been sitting in this drive thru line for 30 mins so far and it has not even moved! If I could give zero stars I would I am a vegetarian I ordered the impossible whopper and received a regular meat whopper... wrapped in an impossible wrapper called to make the manager aware. She proceeded to actually yell at me and then hang up on mewhen I tried to call back they wouldn?t answer I made complaint and may contact lawyer will never ever go back worst customerservice ever she needs to find a new job Read more
Visited 12/9/22 5:15 pm. Inside closed. Drive thru backed up & EXTREMELY SLOW (as is typical for this location). Probably 10... cars pulled in & left while I was in line, not willing to wait (took their business elsewhere- Mc D's across street?). Waited12min to place order & another 12min to get food (timed it)=24 min total. How is it that with ONLY the drive thru open is it soSLOW???
