This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had here. I am not one to leave bad reviews but after this Im so mad. I went... in and the line was long typical for lunch rush so I wasn?t too mad. I get up order my bowls and get to the checkout point. Thewoman infront of me had said something to the cashier which he then caught an attitude with her. I got up there and asked forthe stuff I needed which he then proceeded to move extra slow. He told me my total which was $20.15 so I gave him a $20 bill anda quarter. I told him to keep the change which was ten cents and he caught an attitude and said ?you should just keep it? in asnarky tone. Once I got back to work and began to eat my food i noticed the rice was not cooked even remotely close to beingdone. I couldn?t even finish my bowl. I am highly disappointed in this location. As busy as this place was today you would think the food would be fresh!!! The guac. and chips were terrible, chips stale and... the guac/ was brown and awful. And I guess they ran out of corn salsa so they threw some together and served FROZEN corn in ourbowls!! Read more
Nice portions of toppings The staff could of used a smiling face. The problem: at this location they don?t except cash unless... you have the exact amount. Problem is they have a sign at the front where you order only so you wait in line just to see thatsign. It has been a while since I visited this location. I was hesitant to go based; on some of the negative reviews that I've read. I... was in the area so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was clean. I was able to walk right up to the counter replace myorder. The employee who made my food was very nice. The food didn't look old and the prep area was clean as well The cashierwho rang me out wasn't rude;but she wasn't friendly either. She didn't say hi or thank me for visiting.
