This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had here. I am not one to leave bad reviews but after this Im so mad. I went... in and the line was long typical for lunch rush so I wasn?t too mad. I get up order my bowls and get to the checkout point. Thewoman infront of me had said something to the cashier which he then caught an attitude with her. I got up there and asked forthe stuff I needed which he then proceeded to move extra slow. He told me my total which was $20.15 so I gave him a $20 bill anda quarter. I told him to keep the change which was ten cents and he caught an attitude and said ?you should just keep it? in asnarky tone. Once I got back to work and began to eat my food i noticed the rice was not cooked even remotely close to beingdone. I couldn?t even finish my bowl. I am highly disappointed in this location. As busy as this place was today you would think the food would be fresh!!! The guac. and chips were terrible, chips stale and... the guac/ was brown and awful. And I guess they ran out of corn salsa so they threw some together and served FROZEN corn in ourbowls!! Read more
Nice portions of toppings The staff could of used a smiling face. The problem: at this location they don?t except cash unless... you have the exact amount. Problem is they have a sign at the front where you order only so you wait in line just to see thatsign. My mother and I almost left without food but thank the lord that some lady behind us paid for our meal since we couldn?tpay with our cash. Read more
It has been a while since I visited this location. I was hesitant to go based; on some of the negative reviews that I've read. I... was in the area so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant was clean. I was able to walk right up to the counter replace myorder. The employee who made my food was very nice. The food didn't look old and the prep area was clean as well The cashierwho rang me out wasn't rude;but she wasn't friendly either. She didn't say hi or thank me for visiting. This was the worst restaurant I've ever been in. This was a Sunday afternoon about 2:30. I was the only customer in line. The... dining area was not clean. The serving area was filthy. The crew of 6 was inattentive and claimed to be understaffed whichshould mean people actively working yet behind. I could understand that but this crew was standing doing nothing. At first Iwas ignored and then my order was only half completed. Then a cashier mostly rang me up but left the register and disappearedwithout completing the transaction. I stood for a few minutes until my food was eventually completed, now cold. In fairness, Idid not know how busy the drive-thru was nor did I know how busy the call-in orders were, but the crew was just standing, doingnothing. The cashier returned a few minutes later to ring my order up a second time and then got it incorrect. The rice wascrunchy and about 75% cooked. There were no beans or cheese available and the server appeared to not understand the salsas. Mymeal, a bowel, was quite visibly under-portioned. After standing and waiting for quite a few minutes for something, anything,to happen for my order to be finished I vocalized that I was going to cancel my order. At that time a sole DoorDash driver whowas standing near the register was nice enough to intercede and got my order finally completed. There were only 3 paper napkinsavailable at the filthy drink counter. I will speak well of all of the other Chilpotles I've been in but not of this one. I have ordered Chipotle online for years, but today might be my last order. It was pathetic. when I opened the bowl at home the... food was actually floating in juices. I had to strain it before I could eat. The food was cold, the fajitas veggies weremissing, there was very little meat and the chips were stale. If I wasn't so tired I would have taken it back for a refund. Iknow it is tough right now; workers are stressed with the shortage of staff. So I am very patient. I'll wait extra time ifneeded. But, when you're filling an order, fill it as if it was your own! Very, disappointed! Read more
Ordered a veggie bowl and found a piece of raw chicken in my order and absolutely no one will answer the phone to let them know... so no one else gets sick or has the same thing happen ???? absolutely disgusted. Never eating chipotle again Read more
Normally I don't have an issue with this chipotle, but this morning the garlic steak I got on my salad was ice cold and clearly... straight out of the fridge. They could have at least warmed it up. It made my food nearly inedible. Read more
