Not sure why I keep coming to this location every once in a while. The portions have been always small compared to other... locations. When you get an $18 burrito, it shouldn't look like and under stuffed flat tire with barely anything in it. Read more

First time at Chipotle! Another coworker suggestion, but this is one I will visit again. I got a chicken fajita bowl. It was... definitely good and fresh. And despite the long line to the door, the employees were friendly and attentive. As I waited inline, I watched them work. There was no chaos, no angry faces, no yelling or attitudes. Just a well oiled, efficient machine.Everyone seemed to have their specific tasks, and the food stayed full and the line moved right along. As I travel for worknow, I see a lot of restaurants in their busiest times. It is normally not even in the realm of efficient, and chaos is the wordthat I feel would best describe the environment behind the counter. And usually even though the food is fresher during thosetimes, the chance that your food is incorrect or just thrown together with the burger and cheese half off the bun is about 75%higher. That was definitely not the case here, and the only "complaints" that I could find would be the cleanliness of thedining area and restroom. And in this situation, with as busy as they were, I'm not even certain that is a complaint, as theywere clearly assisting customers and each other, not out back smoking by the dumpster or anything. Also I have any addiction andit is called Chipotle lemonade. That's stuff is amazing! Great job to all the employees who worked lunch at the 825 W MarketStreet, Akron OH location from 12-1, YOU GUYS ARE GREAT AND DESERVE RECOGNITION!! Just go to the Chipotle on Exchange. The team at this one is slow and unorganized, every time I have ordered from here online,... there has been an issue with my order, either inconsistent size, or outright wrong order altogether. Received a bowl that wasonly half-full. They barely put anything in it. The bowls were laid vertically causing it all to spill to one end of the bowl. Read more
Food is regularly wrong now today happens. The Ubereats guy hands me the bag of three bowls and I notice the bottom of the bag... is so saturated that the bowls are about to come through. Pulled the food out of the bag and two of the three are perfect but mybowel has a puddle of some liquid at the bottom. GROSS! I have never had liquid in my chipotle, I have no idea what this wasfrom, it certainly isn't the sour cream. Read more
