I ordered from this location 3 times in the last month through Door Dash. The first time, half of the order was wrong. The 2nd... time was door dashes fault because they gelivered the wrong person's order. The 3rd time though was yesterday. I ordered closeto 12:30 and around 1:15 I got a call from Door Dash saying my order is canceled because someone else took my order and thislocation refused to remake my order. I ordered a salad with lettuce, meat, cheese, rice, sour cream, corn salsa, and dressing. I literally got a bowl of rice... and meat and nothing else. This was a delivery order so when I called to hopefully get it replaced (because I'm at work), thestore hung up on me. Never again! Read more

This store cannot seem to get online orders correct! I?ve ordered multiple times via DoorDash and thru their app and because of... my address By default it goes to this location. My order has been wrong each and every time. When I pay for extra for doublechicken it should at least have some chicken but none is total disrespect. Please verify the correct orders on the line. One of the best places to get real and relatively inexpensive food while I'm at school (University of Akron across the street).... Definitely isn't the best Chipotle location facility wise (kinda dirty floors and tables, most employees are college kids sowhat do you expect haha!) but the food is always amazing so I can't dock too many points.
