I got 3 kids and none of them have any interest in going back here. They took out the playground tube thing awhile ago and that... was a big strike against them, then they changed most of the games to tiny kids stuff, what most kids call "baby stuff" andboring games (there are still a few good ones) Then they changed to the card instead of tokens and that's when my kids said theydont want to come back because "to many bad things happened to this place". Its also gotten extremely expensive. To much moneyfor to little fun. The staff also has an attitude like God forbid you have to actually do something and take an order, theymake it clear with their attitude that Chuck E Cheese definitely does NOT want your money. Save your money and find anotherfamily fun center, I surprisingly found a bunch of them all local on Google that I didn't even know existed that are totallyawesome in every way that this place is lacking. Terrible waste of time and money. Half the games didn?t even work. The staff was playing games most of the time. So we had to... wait to play. We were there for over an hour. We got unlimited cards for an hour. Never once did the mouse come out. Never andwhen we asked they lied telling us he came out and didn?t go around the room. ????????what like that?s what the mouse does comeout and go around the room they said no that?s not a rule. He doesn?t have to walk the floor. Insane. Only place I know wherethe mouse doesn?t have to walk the floor and see the kids and families. Read more
I'm only leving 4 stars because the lady dealing with our children Had a attitude and was very rude to our children I didn't... catch her name but there was a very nice and sweet white lady that helped wonderfully and the shorter black lady was amazing butthe bigger black lady with dreads or braids was rude the entire time and printed recipes out and told the kids next time theycome to cash them in because she didn't feel like dealing with us at that moment. We definitely asked the other ladies who wasmore then happy to cash them in. Read more
We got there at 8pm on a Saturday. More than half the games were shut down. There weren't that many games on the floor to begin... with. Some ski ball machines didn't have any balls in them. Prizes are way over priced even for a kids arcade. We won't be back. Read more
Had a blast at Chuck E Cheese today, but this location is a giant safety hazard. The floors have many different patches of... carpet thrown about the venue that are haphazardly taped down and easy to trip on. Additionally there are loose extension cablesand safety cones everywhere. I think maybe the cones are a poor attempt to warn of the wires? Not entirely sure. Games were funand the pizza was great. Would go to this location again if they fixed the walking hazards. Read more

I paid over a $100 to ne in a construction zone. It's literally a safely hazard. I tried explaining to my kiddos, but they... insisted & had been waiting all week. I would have went to Canton had I known. This needs to be updated on Google. Also, withthe remodel some games ae missing. Do no waste your money or risk your safety. There was one sales associate & the manager neverhoped on a register. People waited 20 minutes. Read more
Worst first experience ever! Paid for 48 minutes and the card did not reflect it immediately As I tried to use it. Talked to the... workers there and they asked questions instead of listening to what I was telling them and wasted my time that should have beenused to play. I spent 15 minutes of the time trying to explain what the issue was and they eventually fixed my card but theydidn?t give me my full time. I had to go back after 20 minutes and talk to them again because all my time wasn?t given to me andthey were trying to convince me that they did since I came in at a certain time. I tried to tell even though I came in at acertain time that 48 minutes wasn?t reflecting on my card. they asked irrelevant questions and created a lot of confusing andfrustration as I was only here so that my daughter can have some fun. They eventually realized what I was telling them bychecking my card and seeing that I had 17 minutes left in my card. Even though I came in for 48 minutes I was still shorted butby the end of it I was over it and just went home. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Read more
