has gone downhill. we used to go here maybe once a month/every other. had bf grav food via drive-thru this time. my chicken was... undercooked. the worst thing one can do is undercooked chicken and serve it. I luckily noticed it because I cut my tenders inhalf. so I threw them in oven for 20 min. they are clearly a poorer quality chicken then when they first opened. processedmeat, not fresh chicken breast like they advertise. yes, their breading, but these were disgusting. By far the best chicken you can get anywhere. The owner was very kind and service is always good! Great place to eat and the... chicken is almost addictive. I?ve shown this place to all of my freinds and I just have to say this place deserves morecustomers than it gets. At this point it is my favorite restaurant/fast food I?ve ever had. Read more

This was my first order. I don't recommend ordering online. Food is ready in 5 minutes or so but I live about 15 minutes away.... My food was mostly room temp by the time I got home which meant the fries were rubbery. Chicken was still good. Could have had alittle more sauce. One meal was to have coleslaw but it didn't. They've added some new items since last time we were here. My mom said the egg rolls which we got as an appetizer were the best... egg rolls that she's ever had. The chicken tenders are always juicy and tender. The food is served hot. The waitress is veryfriendly. Read more

Wanted broccoli but was told only for drive thru,... order potstickers for $8, not worth it at all! $6 chicken strip (3) was crispy and hot! Probably was the only thing I liked! The first time I've been to crazy chicken and 2 years they no longer offer anything above a six piece chicken wing so you have... to buy as many six pieces as you want without a discount.
