Ordered delivery at 7:24, and I was given a time frame of 8:24 for delivery. I never received any of my food, and each time I... called in after the initial hour they kept telling 20 more minutes. I waited over two hours before finally giving up on thedelivery coming, as the people on the phone kept giving excuses about not being able to track or contact their driver. I calledthem multiple times but they never gave a resolution or offer of a refund. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Read more
Cashier did not say one single word to me. He had on a hood and was watching videos on his phone with airpods in. When I... received my food, instead of mozzarella they put the nastiest mac n cheese in my calzone ever. Mac n cheese costs extra too. Wewill only be going to the Kent location from now on. Read more
I love their calzones, but they just lost a customer. I placed an order for DELIVERY, and they called me after the fact to tell... me they had no delivery driver for the night and I would have to pick up my order. So when I got there, I asked for a discountto compensate for the fact that I had to go out of my way to get my food, and the associate was very rude and even laughed at myrequest. So not only did they refuse to make things right, they stole my tip for their nonexistent delivery driver. Read more
