Went through the drive through today and ordered cheese curds along with a handful of other items. I asked at the end if I could... get the order of the curds switched to a large. The lady said no she couldn't do that since there was a line of cars. I lookback and there is me and one other vehicle. I said that there is literally one other car and she said yeah she couldn't make itlarge and asked if I even wanted the curds at all. So either the woman on the headset is either incredibly lazy or dumb. Eitherway not very good service. Such a simple task turned into a frustrating experience for the customer. Well done Read more
Worse Dairy Queen I've ever been too ,poor customer service the drive thru is a joke .You place your order and repeat it back to... them to make sure they have it right ? Then you get to window and repeat your order ,it's Not right ? Instead of fixing it theysay you have to go back around get back in line ? Who owns this place ? Who's the managers ? Some one needs to step Up and runthis business right ? Because they are All Ignert and need re trained .This place is running Dairy Queens name and reputation inthe dirt !! I don't know what the employees are doing back there, but it certainly isn't their job. In 20 minutes, the drive-thru moved one... car. I'm not sure how long was until the guy after him had his order taken, but I know it was more than 12 minutes after hepulled up to the speaker. That's when i got out of line and drove away. We were in line at 9:48pm and the employees shut the lights off and turned the mic off. We pulled around and they literally... closed the window in our faces. The hours are clearly marked for 10pm at I?m sorry but for an ice cream shop 9:48 pm in a drivethru is plenty of time to take an order. Read more
Chili dog sauce was burnt, gravy for chicken tenders was cold, ice cream order was messed up and we would have had to go back... through the drive through in a plow truck to ask for our food to be replaced because you can't even get inside.
