I ordered a large deluxe pizza and a chicken tenders meal for my family recently? all I can say is YUMM! The pizza was so good... and loaded with toppings! And unlike some other pizza places, the dough was actually Cooked under all the toppings, not raw andslimy! And the 6 piece chicken tenders meal was super tasty and not at all dry! The portion was huge! I was surprised that theirsauce tasted even better than what you get at Raising Canes Chicken! I?ll definitely be going back to DeChecos very soon!! Read more

Been ordering on average once or twice a week for almost a year now. I always get the BBQ Brisket. There's been times where the... toppings were a little heavy or too much sauce. But lately, they have been more consistent than ever. So I figured what a goodtime to drop a 5 star and recommend you try them! Prices are fair for the quality, and the guys working are friendly. 1st time and last time. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza for my kids, 2 and 3. The guys were great and the pizza was good as... well. I sat on their patio to feed my kids. The wind was blowing and half of my pizza fell on the ground in front of theircouch.I spoke to Nate and I showed him that half my pizza fell. He said he was sorry and he couldn't do anything. I asked forthe manager and he claimed to be the manager and said it's not his job to watch my pizza and that it wasn't his fault. I neverfaulted him but it would have been nice to offer a solution to the problem instead of being rude. I picked up the pizza of theground, grabbed my kids and left. I guess anyone can be a manager nowadays. NATE really should find a different career. Read more
DeCheco?s Pizza is definitely one of the top pizza places in the entire Akron area. To date I have ordered: cheese pizza,... buffalo chicken pizza, New Yorker, spicy heat lovers, Nashville hot, and Philly cheesesteak. They haven?t been off mark asingle time. Pizza is always delicious. The traditional crust is thick and toppings go to the edge. Perfect amount of crisp. Youcan tell the ingredients are fresh. The buffalo chicken pizza is unique offering a blue cheese sauce. This was actually supergood. The New Yorker has one of the best flavors I?ve ever had. You can taste everything and it combines so well. TheNashville hot: I?ve had similar pizzas, but none that actually hit the mark. The others are just as good. So I go here a lot and this was the worst experience. First they shrunk their pizza and kept it at the same price horrible. ... They horrible part of this is I ordered good for a birthday party and I didn't have enough food. The pizza was ok but thechicken was a disappointment. The chicken was greasy and soggy like it had been sitting for hours. Some if it at light spots onlike it was not completely cooked. I ordered at 4 45 and it said to pick up at 5 09 my spouse left to pick it up at that timeand we only live like 6 min away he brought the food right back and this is what it looked like please see pictures. So I wasso upset that I called to speak to a manager and all he had was excuses so I since he didn't want to fix the problem I told himI will never be back and I will take my business elsewhere. Let me start by saying my Palette is used to a much different style Pizza. Ohio seems to use different ovens with different... ingredients which is much different than the Tri State area of NY, NJ and CT. This Pizza was a cross between a deep dish and aregular Pizza. You place your order at a window or you can go online. Reminded me of Dominoes type of a set up. They were in theprocess of a gorgeous update on the day of our visit and was told they were voted the Best Pizza in the Surrounding area. TheWhite Pizza is their Signature Pizza. The owners are Super Nice, engaging and loved to talk about Pizza which made for a greatvisit. 3.5 stars, I enjoyed the Sauce on the Regular Pizza, wish there was more of it. My wife and I lived in Firestone Park for many years and enjoyed your pizza. We moved to Pittsburgh 17 years ago but still stop... here every time we come through Akron. In fact, I stopped in your shop this evening on my way back to Pittsburgh and thought Iwas in the wrong place. Incredible what you have done with the floors, paint, layout and design! As soon as I got my pizzas backin the truck, I took a big bite that was too hot to eat. Burnt roof of my mouth was well WORTH it! Different look but sameawesomeness.
