Just ordered from the Vernon odom location.. this location is my favorite because they do my well done pizza the best ..but... tonight m.my food was even better than before... delivery was so fast . Placed a delivery order on 6/19 and paid by card including tip. Also tipped the driver cash. When I got my credit card receipt,... it was for more than what it should have been. Spoke to a manager named John at this location, he promptly looked into thematter, and resolved that the extra money I was charged was the cash tip I provided that was incorrectly entered into theirdriver?s app. There was nothing shady that went on but just a bit of confusion. Food was good, delivery driver was kind andtimely, and John handled the matter in an incredibly professional manner. Mistakes happen, but when you own your mistakes and dothe right thing like what John did, you turned a sour situation into one that does not leave me with any pause ordering for thislocation again. I Absolutely Love Their Services. Maddie who took my order is fantastic & definitely should be a Manager! She?s on point,... polite, sincere, and adamant about her services. Pizza was alright, but there was some sort of seasoning sprinkled onto the pizza that gave it a too salty taste. I order from... Domino's all over the eastern half of the US and no other stores use this seasoning. Anyone know what this is so I can tell themnot to use it? Read more
On 3/15 I was outright refused my online 3 dollar delivery credit I earned on 3/10. Attempted to contact customer service but... got the run around so incredibly bad, I'll just never return. Not the fault of the location but Domino's customer servicecompletely sucks. Cannot give business to a company that outright stole from me. Shameful. Read more
