So good. My son and I's favorite pizza. Yes its expensive but worth it imo. The works is delic!
If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We put our order in at around 5:45 on July 4th. It was a larger order but... they gave us a delivery time of 45 minutes. 3 HOURS later we still didn?t have our food. We called multiple times to find outwhere our food was and at one point they told us door dash had it because they were short staffed and our food would be there at8:40. We called at 8:45 and still no food, the manager told us the food was still there and hadn?t EVEN BEEN PICKED UP! Soclearly someone lied to us. The rude employees also hung up on us multiple times when we asked to speak to a mgr. definitelywon?t be ordering from there ever again. If they were forthcoming in the beginning and said we are extremely short staffed soit?s going to be at least a 1.5 hour wait someone in our party would?ve happily gone and picked it up, but they lied the wholeway through. I ordered two pizzas, a salad and breadsticks via the donatos Fairlawn website and the delivery estimate was 35 minutes. The... website did not state that they use doordash as a delivery service. Door dash delivered my food 1.5 hours later and it was cold.I called the store and spoke to a manager who told me it wasn't his problem even after I offered to come pick up hot pizzas. I ordered non-contact delivery. The order was delivered at the same time as my daughter was dropped off at our house by a... friend. The older gentleman who delivered the pizza got out of the car and started talking to my daughter who was unaware thatpizza had been ordered. He came to the door with her and rang the doorbell. He then complained about my daughter ignoring him.On his way back to the car he made my daughter's friend pull down his window only to tell him to "get a haircut" in a veryimpolite way. He then took his time to get out of the driveway to make him wait. This is not what I would call non-contact, andthe way he made my daughter and her friend uncomfortable and complained about it is unacceptable. Read more
Very disappointed with the quality of my last few orders. I work nearby this plaza and have experienced everything from poor... customer service to incorrect orders. I have reached out online several times about the issues with my experiences and haven?tgotten any response. Service used to be good, but the female working as the shift leader/manager has significantly changed theexperience at this location. I will consider patronizing this Donato?s again when management improves. Read more
The manager of the location needs training on how to resolve issues! They also forgot to add what I ordered and completely... didn?t make what I wanted! All I wanted was a lot of jalapeños, extra sauce and well done. I explained to the gentleman thatthey messed my order up last time and I?m giving them another try. He said he will make sure it?s perfect!! That did not happen!So I called the manager and told her the story and she told me she made my order and it was right! Her solution to my issue wasa $2.00 credit for next time! So to make the review even longer, I returned the order and will never order from this locationagain!! My advice if you go to this location don?t make any changes because they can?t seem to get the order correct! It seemsso petty but this isn?t rocket science! Read more
