I personally visit this Dunkin quite often. They are very prompt, friendly, and my orders are always correct. If for some reason... there is something wrong, they do not have an issue fixing it. I also have been caught in many of the "pay it forward" chains atthis location where the car in front me pays for my order, and I pay for the car behind me, and so on. If you want to order the same drink each time you go and still somehow receive one that tastes different each time this is the... place for you! I ask specifically for x amount of pumps of specific flavors each time as well as a specific amount of cream andeach time my drink is a different color with varying levels of my requested flavor. I don?t know if no one calibrates the creammachine at this location, or if they?re measuring syrup without using the pumps on the bottles of flavoring but it?s likeplaying Russian roulette with iced coffees. Stooped here before hitting the highway. The drive thru line was pretty long but it went really fast. Both the girl that took my... order and handed me my drink we very pleasant and friendly. Something about Dunkin Donuts is the food is always good, their breakfast is better then other fast food restaurants in the... area and their prices are definitely lower then others as well, amazing considering the quality and care that goes into theirmenu. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. My only complaint is that the drive through line on the weekend is long, allthe way wrapped around to the main road ( Manchester Rd.) an accident waiting to happen. The only saving Grace here was one young lady who went above and beyond and did a job that wasn't hers in order to get me out... the door. Had it not been for the employees, obviously frustrated and overworked, continuously smiling, this would have been anoverall horrible experience. I would rather have poor food with fantastic organized service then mediocre food with horribleexpo and disorganized service. I would honestly request a refund or a freebie for the terrible experience but I honestly neverwant to go back there again. Manchester Rd, Akron, Ohio. The expo here sucks. Customers are expected to organize their ownstuff based on receipt number. For a restaurant that's so busy I'd expect that they'd have someone to organize orders as theycome and ESPECIALLY as they go. Acustomer informed me that I was supposed to grab my stuff based on receipt number. The leastyou could do is be like Starbucks and put it all together.
