The lady at the front unfortunately shouldn?t be there. She just didn?t know how to run the system. Doesn?t know prices and also... my order was sitting there for 20 minutes after it was ready. I saw my order and wondered if it was mine and had to wait forsomeone else to help out due to her not being able to help multiple customers. I told him my name and he grabbed my orderinstantly. I called and I was placed on hold for 10min, I also was on my way to the store. Either way I was going to get a medium deluxe.... Once I arrived the store was very clean and the employee was very welcoming and friendly. I placed my order with 30 min to spareand I was out of the store in 10min. Just be patient and if you have a attitude problem like your willing to risk it All for apizza then apply for a job asshole???????????? Hands down Damon makes the best pizza dough daily.. if u haven't tryed the taco pizza or the bbq chicken you should.. great... staff and drivers. Management is friendly and helpful. Read more
Love the pizzas and italian subs here! The above review was left over a year ago along with a 5 star review. This had been our... pizza and sub to go spot for many years. However within the past year, the quality/quantity of what comes on the Italian Sub hasdiminished significantly. This was, WAS our go to spot for the Italian Sub. The flavor is still fantastic but the amount ofingredients that go on it has drastically changed to almost non existent. The pizzas are still fantastic but we will not begoing here for subs anymore. My husband was told over a month ago that they did cut back on ingredients due toavailability/cost. And the person he spoke to asked for us to please come back again. So we decided to order last night. Myhusband called it in and spoke to Renee when he ordered. He explained what happened with our prior experience and asked forplenty of lettuce, tomatoes and onion. She said that wouldn't be a problem. We get our subs and are yet again extremelydisappointed. Like I stated above this has been our go to for "The Italian Sub" for many years. A friend of ours called in andspoke to Renee, while she was apologetic she said they weigh their proportions out to corporate standards. Ordered Loaded Nachos with extra meat and there was hardly any meat at all, (So you be the judge other customers) I called to... complain and was told that the manager made my order themselves.. and that was the best it was going to get. I ordered from Eastof Chicago at least twice a month, I'm very disappointed with the customer service and quality of my food.
