This place is a scam!! They add extra items you didn?t order to your bill when they think your not looking.??check your receipt... please me & my wife ordered about $30 worth of food & they added about $41 worth of random items we did not receive & when weasked for a receipt they only showed the prices not what we ordered im never going back. Prices are going up, while the service/quality seems to be waning. Last couple times I've gone there, I saw fewer and fewer... patrons. Unfortunately the decline seems to affect the staff, who are kind but seem to be distant; the overall vibe andexperience is more often depressing than uplifting. Perhaps I unfairly but too much expectation on a Mexican Restaurant diningexperience, to me they're supposed to feel like a mini celebration. Its a shame because I live really close, but I will betaking enjoying my dining out elsewhere. The food is tasty, and the margaritas are good. I rarely do this but the AztecaMexican Restaurant on E. Market is a much better bang for your buck. Great service, great vibes, and fair prices (not thegreatest location, but at least there's plenty of free parking). Read more
Guatemalan approved! Now Hermosillo Taco and Tequila bar, formerly El Rancho. Stopped in after some fun in Cuyahoga Falls for a... late lunch. This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to! I thought the food was amazing and as always veryplentiful! My friends visiting from Guatemala ate their entire plates and gave 2 thumbs up!! Usually enjoy getting food to go from here until last time. I ordered two orders of Queso Fundido. After I paid they hand my me... order, I check the bag and find two tubs of Queso and only one bag of chips. I asked why there was only one bag of chips he saidthat was all I get. I told him there should be two bags since one is definately not enough. He argued with me that I still onlyget one. I asked politely for an extra bag and he agreed but I would have to pay for it. So I hope your extra $1.50 bag of chipswas worth a one star rating. Read more
