I used to love this place but I recently bought chicken and Jo Jo's and pizza. My chicken was so under cooked it was bleeding. ... I called and the employee said only the owner can refund and refused to replace our order. The worker said as long as it's meetsthe temperature bleeding doesn't matter. So I just threw it away and found somewhere else to eat. Needless to say I'm nevereating there again. Read more

Ordered a large pizza, jo Jo's, and salad last night. The pizza was disgusting. It was honestly as if they put sauce and a few... pepperonis on a Flatbread and sent it out greasy and sliding off the dough. The jojos were old as dirt and looked like there wasmold on the skin part. I called the manager/owner and he said okay? If you're looking for a refund or exchange we don't doanything like that. I said even if it's bad food? He said yep we don't do anything like that it's as is and hung up on me. Inever heard of anything like that in my life. I don't think I have to say if you value your money, health, or self-respect donot give money to Emedios. They know they serve a lower income community so they feel they can lower their standards below floorlevel. If they were in a more affluent neighborhood, they wouldn't treat people this way. These people are why they are still inbusiness. I will be contacting the health department. Read more
Worst Delivery experience of my LIFE!!! ordered through their website & did NOT receive the pizza I ordered. Called to let them... know & "manager" was very aggressive told me to resolve with Doordash. Wasted time on 2 Calls w Doordash just so they couldtell the restaurant so remake my order & HELLL blown over. That guy has a vendetta against Women!!! He's very disrespectful,beyond unprofessional & literally yelled & challenged everything I said. I was so confused, it's just pizza ! So I receivednothing after throwing away $22, No refund & trashed the Pizza after the whole ordeal. Not eating from a place that combats &argues with a paid customer Yikes! Horrible business! Place use to be great. Just got delivered a pizza with under cooked old meat and log with a totally wet and limp curst.... Seriously can't believe that nearly $20 bucks. Read more
I only ordered their ones and I ordered a black olive pizza and a order of chicken with JoJo's and 2 liter of Sprite. The food... was really amazing and my 2 liter was actually cold... probably one of my top 3 pizza places now... Great prices fast friendlyservice amazing food. Read more
Had I been treated with even a bit of respect, I never would be writing this review. The man who answered the phone at 2:18... p.m. today stated he was the owner. He actually hung up on me twice when I called to say I was unhappy with our food. Hetalked over me, said everything was perfect and proceeded to hang up. I thought it had to be an error so I called back and hesaid he didn't have time for me and hung up again! So, here you go - warning to anyone ordering something other thanpizza. Order was for 2 subs, 2 salads, and 1 pizza. The veggie sub, which according to their posted menu, includes lettuce,was served hot, drowning in tomato sauce and melted cheese. The bun was soggy rather than being toasted first (may havehelped). The Italian sub was good. The salads both had rotting lettuce in them. The antipasto was ordered without onions -please see photo of onions. The other photo shows the brown and mushy lettuce on the salad. This is clearly bagged salad mix -when the purple from the red cabbage transfers over to the lettuce it's not fresh. The pizza was the best part of the meal andwould be the only thing I would ever try there - if the owner wasn't so unprofessional. Won't order from there again.
