Worst Five Guys ever. They are constantly closed when they?re supposed to be open. Oh and if you try to order online, you won?t... get a closed message. Just an error and then a sign on the door. Fun. Read more
I absolutely <3 FG. I do try and avoid this location though. I have eaten at Arlington rd location close to 10x. They have... messed up my order 2x now and the last time I ate here, I ordered ahead. They told me over the phone that it would take 10-12mins. It took me just under 15 mins to drive there. I walked in directly behind someone, less then 5 secs after. The gentlementhat walked in right before me ended up getting his food over 5 mins before I did. Not sure the point in calling ahead if youend up having to wait even longer then someone that just walked in... Very poorly ran location. I've been to Fairlawn andCuyahoga Falls locations 30+ times and always perfect. Read more
Great experience today - I have a dairy allergy and I didn't even need to mention it. When I asked for a lettuce wrap the... gentleman at the counter asked if it was preference or allergy. They took care to make sure it was right for me. Great job guys! Read more

Five Guys have great burgers and fries. Everything is fresh and tasty. Gotta love those hand cut fries. Regular Burgers are... big - 2 patties and lots of topping choices. Plus there are free peanuts while you wait. The service is pretty fadt. Theonly downfall is they are pricey for 2 burgers and fries you are spending around $30-$40. Read more
Lunch was wonderful. Super clean establishment and fresh fries/food. Asked Katrina for burgers to be cut in half cause they so... big and rich in size. Don?t forget all the options of delectable toppings. She said yes no problem! Completely satisfiedcustomers all the way around.. and them milkshakes mixed o so thick and tasted ordered a bacon strawberry ???? and peanutbutter. It?s also worth the price. Cooked all the food directly in front of you. Loved it and Thanks again for a great Lunch.Good customer service is shard to come by. Katrina knew the menu and was polite and patient while we ordered.
