Stopped here for dinner. 100% impressed by this...I ordered my burger with no bun, they asked if for preference or allergy, I... said Allergy. They yelled back to the line...allergy in house. my husband watched them, before they prepared my burger theycleared the prep counter, fully wiped it down, put paper down and changed their gloves. Vinegar. Why did u switch to the bottle that you have to fill the cups with? Those cups spill even with a lid tight. It comes... thru the lid. Gets all over napkins and foil and sogs up the bag. And smells like urine. I'm severely irritated that youswitched when ever you did. The packets were great. The cups suck even if you hold them. You shouldn't have to hold them. Holdwhile walking . Hold while driving. SWITCH BACK TO PACKETS!!!! And the bottles just dribble!! We don't have time to fill theseup coming in for food that's already made. Make the switch. And this time he didn't even give me fries in my bag like y'allalways do. Smh. Read more
I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes from doordash, both milkshakes came completely melted (not the restaurant's fault) and... came over 30 minutes late (not the restaurant's fault either). I took my first bite of the burger and immediately felt a hair inmy mouth. I am grossed out. I called the restaurant and they seemed to not really care and told me to just call doordash in themost monotone voice i've ever heard. I was a restaurant manager and i know how food service is. It's not great work but theleast you can do is act personable. Read more

Don't get me wrong, this it a solid five guys experience but I think I'm starting to become really jaded about the costs of... eating out these days. Overall I'm just kind of like hating food these days probably from the insane amounts of hard workoutsI'm doing bleh. Everything is unappetizing. I give the five guys a solid 4.5 out of 5 nonetheless. It's good, overall theyfollowed my requests and the order was accurate. I think the red head cook is kind of cute, haha.
