Interactive dining makes for an interesting experience. Being very safety conscious I was a bit leery of cooking my own raw... meats. Really nice and clean restaurant. Staff was friendly. I have never been to this type of restaurant and didn't understand what to... get with the hot pot menu. I heard another diner explaining the menu to her friends who must have been new to here as well. Itwasn't complicated but...???? ???? My daughter and I really liked our lunch and will definitely be back! Prices were veryreasonable! This is a must try place! 4/2022 Third time here and still liking it. The food is very fresh and made to order. The food was delicious. It's cheaper than grocery store, but fresh. Service from... order to pickup was less than 10 minutes. I would go here over grocery store sushi anytime. Not much of a selection if yourlunch partner doesn't like sushi. I was surprised how good it was for $7! This place was very confusing. It's a buffet /hotpot which makes it weird. I am used to just ordering and having the food... brought to the table.The food is not bad but also not great. I have been here several times now and always had great food. The sushi is pretty standard for what you get in the area. The hot... pot options are a great combination for this restaurant. The location is not the best. It's in a small strip with minimalparking behind the dying (dead?) Chapel Hill Mall. The inside is not very large. It seems clear that this place focuses more ontakeout than dine-in. Alcohol is limited to beer - disappointing there is no sake. The prices are very reasonable for theneighborhood and the quality of the food is better than you would expect. This is a great place for quick, Japanese styletakeout. Read more

This was the best meal I've had in years! Everything was so fresh and clean and labeled so you knew exactly what you were... getting. I've never seen such a huge selection of fresh meats and vegetables and noodles before that didn't cost extra. Myboyfriend was even able to have quail eggs in his hot pot, which I had never never seen before. And all the sauces were full offlavor and clean, no left over pieces from other sauces or foods at all. The waitress was very kind and took the time toexplain everything to us. And she checked in just enough without it becoming overbearing. She even helped my boyfriend pick outsome take out sushi. We will definitely be back here soon! Read more
