Food is good. My bad review is purely for delivery experience. TLDR: Order through a third party delivery service for a better... experience. I'm not sure the name of the person who delivered my food, but he was definitely a Gionino's employee as he waswearing their shirt. Called me because his GPS led him the wrong way and screamed at me as I tried to explain how to get to mylocation. Then when he arrived, he screamed at me more and told me to use a different address in the future. There is only oneaddress for my office building. I don't know where he got the other one from. I will never go Gionino's again especially the one in Firestone Park. I've had fresh mozzarella pizza's before. And from them... never have they looked like this. Not to mention they were cold when delivered. The "shift manager" is full of it. But that'sok I'll be contacting the BBB ASAP because you cannot just treat customers any kind of way. $35 on a this. Have always loved Gionino's & have been faithful customers for years. Not sure what has happened, but last two experiences... absolutely awful. First time, ordered chicken & asked for crisp. Chicken came 2 breasts with breading off & what was there wasbarely there. Then last night ordered ourregular, pizza. Pizza completely different. Crust very thin. Topping laid on top ofcheese, appeared to be after baking as they had slid off in box. We had cheese pizza with loose pepperoni & olives. Also,overbaked as cheese very hard. Another local disappointment!!! We go there a lot but this is the last time. This is what we found in our chicken box. The... pizza looked amazing but the chicken was horrible. It was soggy and I don't know what happened to that chicken leg or thatthigh, but my family was not eating that. Also when called and spoke with manager he told me to put the chicken in the oven for5 min all I could say is wow, wow. Why would I want to turn on my oven in 95 degree weather. I told him that was my purpose ofcoming there so I did not have to cook. Granted I did say I don't feel like leaving back out to pick up new food nor do I trustto have food remade. Ordered $34.99 special the top of my pizza was so burnt it was crunchy. Chicken was so small and over cooked. I got 6 jojo's but... the coleslaw was good. I do not recommend. Read more
I attempted to order a pickup order yesterday and was told it would take 45 mins to get a pepperoni pizza ready, I called this... morning to attempt to schedule a delivery 1.2 miles from the restaurant for a company lunch and was told that the delivery istoo far. Honestly If these employees don?t want to work that much just close the location. We have never had this many issuesat any other locations. Read more
We were looking for a new pizza place since we just moved to the area. Gionino's is a great choice. I recommend trying the white... pizza and buckeye wings but we've tried a few pizzas. We haven't had a bad thing from here yet. Service is always great andordering online is easy. Read more
