Those tiny shrimp shouldn't even be counted as a meat! And they are so lazy that they leave the entire shell on the shrimp! The worst hibachi I've ever had. I swear they did it on purpose. Ordered a double chicken entree, totaled around $20 and we... received a single chicken, like 4 pieces of broccoli, literally ONE slice of carrot, and the rice was so clumped together it washardly edible. I will be contacting a manager and if that doesn't result in anything, corporate. That's a lot of money to chargefor food that doesn't even come close to its price. Read more
I love habachi and this place has been good to me before but today there service was horrible. I believe it's due to staff... that's inexperienced on the stovetop. The noodles had wayy to much sauce on it ( not sure what kind of sauce) and we'rehorribly soggy. The meat looked like it was cooked but once I bit into it it was noticibly raw. (I'm pregnant so this could havebeen very dangerous). The meat to veggie to noodle ratio was way off. Barely any veggies. Overall poor experience. I was hungryso I picked out the meat and managed to eat some of it but I will NOT BE COMMING BACK. Spend your money elsewhere people. Read more
This is the WORST FOOD EVER! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The RICE WAS MUSHY, Chalky, AND hard pieces throughout it (old... rice). I called to ask for a replacement or refund and was told they did not give refunds and I should have tasted it before Ileft. I asked if they allowed customers to taste the food before leaving? She hung up on me. She was rude and said she wouldcall the police if I didn?t stop asking for a refund. She called me out my name a very derogatory name. I asked for a managershe said they didn?t have a manager. The food was absolutely horrible and she threatened me several times. My husband andfamily all listened in on the phone call. I would not recommend ordering or eating food from this location. This location is filthy, the employees are not helpful and I... watched the cook eat out of a customer?s to go order before they wrapped it up (not kidding). This was after the same cook hadcome back from a smoke break and didnt wash his hands before going back to work. I know this because I saw the transition.
