She misunderstood us the first time. Told her on three different occasions it was two orders, one a snack sized chicken bowl for... 2.99 and the 2nd order was a chicken bowl for $5. Get to the window And have to repeat the order, get home and the order iswrong. It?s a macaroni bowl when I told her three times they were both chicken bowls, she repeated the order back and said shegot it. Drive twenty minutes back to the store to tell them my order is wrong, not a my bad, our apologies for theinconvenience? it?s just ?see what she got and make it for her? THEN the lady who is remaking my food has NO GLOVES ON. Theydon?t apologize for that either, she just disappears to the back. I ask for a refund and a guy in a pink shirt asks for myreceipt, gives me a refund and that?s that. Food is usually always good from this KFC. They always get my orders right. I like to order on the app and then pick it up .
The employees were fantastic, for the place not having any air conditioning for them. It was the hottest day of the year and... they were dropping like flies but the stayed in a good mood and helped out until all fell Ill. The employees deserve airconditioning corporate KFC! Read more
All they do is bust these orders out. Food is always fresh and hot. They always greet you with courtesy and a smile. Even when... the line is long. I like to tip all the workers because I see and appreciate their efforts. Keep up the great service. They havethe KFC great taste that we come to know and love. Read more
The only KFC for 20 miles that is open after 7pm .... and they were swamped. Drive-thru orders only or Grub-hub-style delivery.... Waited 45 minutes from the line that formed in the street through getting handed my food. They were out of some things and myorder was missing 2 items. But the service was polite and efficient and sometimes you just have your taster set for KFC. Read more
I had one of their famous chicken sandwiches months ago and it was good. What I got today was...well...I have no clue! They... messed up the entire order, and if it wasn't for the super long lines, I would've taken everything right back! I took a pictureof what they gave me, opposed to what they advertise. Decided to get some dinner. Drove across town to get KFC since they are so sparce these days. It wasnt crowded. I was greeted... immediately and placed my order. The lady was very nice. We ordered a chicken bowl, 20 wings and a kids meal. The wings take 10minutes to cook. I didnt mind waiting since tbey will be super fresh. I got drinks and enjoyed their music while I waited. Thewaiting room was super clean and inviting. Overall the food was delicious and the family was satisfied. Read more
