The Kreme filled donuts are soooo amazing that they can?t screw up this 5 star rating no matter what they do!! ***UPDATE: ... We?ve all been there??Today can?t get any worse?. We have all said something similar to that right before the day got worse.Well it seems as though I jinxed myself by saying what I said in my original review. Apparently they can screw up a 5 starreview. The last 5 times I have gone to Krispy Kreme (pretty far drive) they haven't had the chocolate ?Kreme? filled donuts.I?m pretty sure those are what define and made that place what it is. The hot light sign was on and I was given cold stale glazed doughnuts at the drive thru. These young workers also don?t know how... to make specialty drinks. I asked for a simple espresso shot & was given something with cream in a full cup. Also you have toscream at the voice box in the drive thru in order for the workers to completely understand you. I was here 9 years ago. The quality is so perfect. I ordered something pumpkin, glazed stuffed with raspberry and plain and... lovely glazed. Also most importantly they had milk. It would have been a nightmare if no milk! I saw all of the K. K trucks. Tome this is old Americana, old Ohio. I didn't see a tip jar, and you can tell they were short staffed, so I tiped a young man $2because it really is a skill making these gems. Now you can buy these donuts at Walmart, but it's not the same as being at thehome base original store. Come visit for yourself. Read more
Donuts were great, as usual! They have a drive-thru, but I don't recommend it. Only room for 1 car at a time and always seems to... take forever. Easier to go inside to get what you want. Plus, then you get the perk of smelling the fresh donuts too. :) Read more
I love Krispy Kreme donuts especially if you get them from the Krispy Kreme store there so when they're fresh and ready to serve... hot right from the bakery themselves. Drive through takes forever. Came to the shop a few minutes after opening only to be told they opened an hour later? I was... picking up doughnuts before work and I had done it many times at this time before. They never have any of the specialty seasonaldoughnuts in stock either. I wish they'd put a sign up in the window and on the drive through so I don't waste my time. Also,reading the reviews and learning about how little the employees are paid I get it. Stopped in May 2, 2022 for some HOT delicious doughnuts before traveling to MD. The glaze and mixed dozens were spot on! Just... like I remembered as a kid. However, I also ordered a dozen of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnuts and paid almost 16 dollarsfor that dozen. Only to find halfway to home they were a few days old. They were so stale, not even heating them in a microwavewould help. Had to throw out the whole dozen. The young lady who helped me was not friendly or welcoming, she never made eyecontact or appeared to be polite she just wanted me out of the store. Read more
I?ve been purchasing donuts for over 20 years from here. I?ve had family and friends that have worked here through years. I am a... rewards member that experienced some difficulties online. No one answered the phone the 4 times that I had called. I made apurchase with credit card. I thought I could get my order corrected once I arrived. WRONG !!!! They refused to honor thepromotion that was offered online. I had to cancel my order and then reorder it or get refunded. I got my money refunded and Iwill no longer shop with Krispy Kreme.
