We have been a long time Marco's customer, ordering delivery from this location every few weeks for almost 10 years. Recently,... the last few orders I placed were canceled hours before their closing time. 3 orders in a row, within 30 mins-1 hour of placingmy order I get a call from the manager that " their driver is done for the night". Then most recently I placed an order at6:15pm, and after no pizza still at 7:45pm, I call the shop to be hung up on by the girl who answered the phone when Iquestioned how much longer they expected my order to be. Very disappointed, this is by far my favorite pizza but unfortunatelywill need to start going elsewhere. Read more

I loved Marcos and would always order it in stow, I was starving and was excited to order the big square pizza and a two litter... well I open the box and it looked super dry and slightly burnt I ate a few pieces because I was very hungry but each slice wasvery bland and unappetizing. Definitely wouldn?t get this again after 3 slices I pushed it aside.. Read more
My first time ever having Marco's Pizza and it was really good. It was easy to order online. It was made fast. The pizza tasted... great. The wings and dippers were really good. It all hit the spot. Definitely going to order again. Read more
I am new to Akron area. Marcos was my go to pizza place in Cleveland. So on my way home I put in nearby Marco pizza they gave... me one that was on N Hawkins I called and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza on sale for $8.99 I picked it up it wasready and paid for it left got home 20 minutes later open the pizza box in there it was pepperoni and mushroom staring at me Iwas so disappointed. I won?t be going back here. She did not confirm back the order that I placed most places do nor did theysay what order was when I picked it up. This is the worst customer service I have ever received ! I work at a fire station on South Hawkins and have ordered pizza from... here multiple times. Today we placed an order and they didn't deliver when I called them an hour and half later they told usthat they would not deliver to the fire station. I explained to them that we have ordered from here multiple times and theyhave delivered to us before. She told me that must have been a different manager and she won't authorize the delivery! Horriblecustomer service and now there is a house full of hungry fireman who have to wait even longer to get somthing to eat... if yousupport your local fire dept do not support this business. Great place to get pizza. Always quick and good. Staff was nice and welcoming. Store is always clean.
