We stopped for an ice cream cone and a shake. Our cone was so small it was 1 twirl over the cone and the rude young woman said... she made it right and wouldn't make another. Don't come here at night. I arrived about an hour before closing when only their drive-thru was open. After sitting at the order... kiosk for a while with no answer, myself and other frustrated customers who were also waiting came to the conclusion that staffwas simply not taking any orders. Very frustrating. It would have been better for someone to tell us they closed early insteadof pretending that the line of cars at their drive-thru didn't exist. Read more
I actually was so impressed with this McDonald's! The line went fast and the order was perfect...the ketchup packs included! The... BEST part was the lady cashier. I never used the app on my phone. She was more than happy to help me. She explained to me how touse it AND I saved $! She is an asset to the company. Very pleasant and patient! Read more
Went there for just 2 McDonald's special order and they said my order was done within 2 minutes. The lady ahead of me had to... regular McDonald's and a fry. I told them behind the counter that they gave me her order and they insisted that it was mine. Iget out to the truck and sure enough it was the lady in front of me's order. The burgers were half put together and was dryerthen cardboard. I ate them but was very disappointed with the service and the quality of the food. Has got to be one of the worst, if not the worst McDonald's around. I don't think I have once received my order correctly. Very... very slow service, you would expect your order to be correct with how long it takes. Just a bad establishment. Read more
