I hate this McDonald?s! You can?t order inside at the counter even if you have cash only, you have to order at the kiosk. I come... here to this location as I?m passing through the valley. I only order a ice coffee with Caramel or pumpkin. These people can?tmake the ice coffee correct and when I?m at the drive thru ordering I remind them how many cream and Caramel pumps go into alarge ice coffee. I?ve called corporate and know for a fact the 6 cream and 6 pumps of caramel go into a large. I know how thecoffee should taste when the correct amounts get into it. They can?t get it right here. What?s the problem? Why do they alwaysmake it wrong! This McDonald?s here needs some serious improvement, maybe new management and employees. Over 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger because the employees weren't smart enough to tell the huge order people to pull up off to... the right. HORRIBLE! Every time I go here it?s a problem. They?re either closed and not taking orders or don?t have half of the items on... the menu. Very poorly tan. It?s 8pm and they have no soft drinks. The other night I came and they closed early for whateverreason but still had their lights on and allowed multiple cars to sit on the drive through. Inside lobby doors are randomly locked or unlocked. Today at 9:30 am, they were both locked. Two months ago one lobby door was... locked, another was unlocked. When I enquired as to why one door was locked, an employee told me it was a mistake and she wouldunlock it. When I finished eating and left, it was still locked. There are no public signs on any windows or doors as to whythe lobby doors are locked. Obviously, this is intentional. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever! Over $9 for a cheeseburger meal with small size fry and drink (they call it medium)! Exact same thing... is a tad bit over $6 about 22 miles from here. It was clean probably because nobody can afford to go in there. Person?working? there said we have to use kiosks because nobody is there to talk to customers. Never going back to any AkronMcDonalds. There were only two young folks running the show by themselves. The person at the window was very polite and doing their... absolute best to get everyone thru the line. Give these people a raise and more staff. Read more
