The food here is usually good, the service however is not. If you can make it before 7pm to catch the inside open you get... lackluster service at the counter. Use the kiosk get your food and go, the colorful line of homeless characters won't make youwant to stay long anyway. Read more

I don?t understand how you can mess up on the most simple things, in front of the health department mind you. I waited in line... for 15 minutes only to get one thing from my order. Took 30 minutes to get pancakes, then when back to the car to eat. Didn?teven have my sandwich. People handling and looking through bags with out gloves in front of a health department is beyond me.Cold food and a hour and ten minutes later, was finally able to leave. Definitely pick a different McDonald?s before this one oreven a different chain. Read more

Horrible. Will screw up your order and won?t provide a receipt. Was charged for an adult happy meal received no toy. Charged for... a deluxe chicken Sandwich but received the regular sandwich. Also was charged for a child toy b/c they were out of adult happymeal toys and they still didn?t give me the toy I was charged extra for. Mistakes happen I?m a very understanding person butdon?t charge me for items then deny me items purchased b/c you guys ran out of receipt rolls. Read more

Crispy chicken was a plain fried chicken breast on toast.  No pickle,  no other condiments.  Quarter pounder delux was -ice... cold- and the bun was stale.  Large fry costs $4 and was halfway full. Fries,  as usual,  were hot and fresh.The onlyregister was *closed* (there was a sign directing your customers to use the kiosk. There was a sign on the kiosk directing cashcustomers to order at the closed register. So if you wanted to come in and pay with cash;  oh well. Cash customers be aware;McDonald's no longer wants your business. And the kiosk was out of receipt paper *as it always is*. The employee asked me if Ihad the togo order and when I nodded,  handed me two cups. That was the final straw. I didn't ask for a 'do it myself' order. I asked for a to-go order. I know you think things cost more,  so you have to charge more. **I PAID WHAT YOU ASKED** And I wasstill cheated by poor service, bad food,  half-portions and your employees wanting me to do thier job for them.
