2nd time I've been here. It was really good when it opened. This time was so-so. We went a couple of hours before they closed.... Free stale chips. Mmmm... thanks. I've ordered a few times now and this was the only time the chips were stale, but that's... gross. They forgot my queso one time too and after contacting the company I at least received my money back, so that was good.Never much meat in the bowls, but what's there tastes good.. This place used to have more options, but like everything since COVID, the menu has shrunk. It is definitely sad to see more... toppings removed from the bar and "healthier" options like the quinoa removed. It is still fine, but it hasn't been as solid asit was a few years ago. Read more
I stopped in real quik to turn in my free birthday burrito. Was in the area ubering food was fresh. Customer service was amazing... even though they were short staffed. And they have mushrooms!!! Will stop again if im ever in the area. Great job ladies!! Read more
I ordered 3 tacos for my mom and two for myself, and they somehow messed up every single taco. I got a soft shell taco (I... ordered all hard shell) and I paid extra for guac and not one taco had guac on it. On top of that, I got chicken when I orderedground beef. Moe's is an excellent establishment. This was my 2nd time eating there. The staff were so friendly & bubbly. Made my experience... that much better! There was our family of 4. This location was good when it opened. Not so great lately. I paid to add quinoa to my bowl - they forgot it, they didn't add... the queso fresco, the bowl was 70% rice, every 4-5 bites I was lucky enough to get a piece of chicken. Read more
I don't usually post bad reviews but I went in about 7 p.m. They were open till 9 so I didn't expect them to be ready to close... and out of almost every protein option plus cilantro lime rice (hello, staple of burrito bowls). Their excuse was that whoeverwas supposed to prep didn't prep enough for a Moe's Monday. Like seriously, go back to the walk in and open up some rice andchicken and pork and whatever else you're out of. Don't stand around whining about not having anything prepped for you. I'mgiving it 3 stars because I got plenty of sour cream and beans (but then again other than beans and lettuce what else wasleft?). Read more
