Okay, so the sandwich was not what I expected, but we eat here about 3 times a month. Their service is OUTSTANDING, and always... is, we have not ever once been dissatisfied. This one time the prime rib sandwich was not up to par, but the attitude and thestaff are always the best. Guess I should have posted when it was top notch. And not just complaining. Well I called ahead 2 hours in advance for call ahead seating. When I arrived they said they didn't have any record of my call... but they did seat us in 5 minutes instead of making me wait 1 hour. Our waitor arrived quickly and took our drink order andappetizers order and our meal order. The fried Mushrooms arrived cool not hot as expected then the salads....we waited almost2 hours for our steaks.... ended up leaving because I had to be in Cleveland in 30 minutes... the wait or told me we werewaiting because there was a party of 25 there and after they got them out of the way things should speed up... so I guess theywere more important than I was.... so that was reflected in my tip... When I arrived, the dining room was busy. Which speaks to the experience you get when you dine here. Regardless we were seated... and taken care of promptly. our server got our drinks, apps, and orders in what seemed like 2 minutes. Everything came outsplendid. I got the bone in rib-eye medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The manager came by to make sure everything wasto our liking and we were happy to let him know that we were delighted by the meal. Went last night for a disappointing dinner. Understaffed. Our waitress did the best she could under the circumstances. Very... cheerful and nice. Long wait for dinner, then received not hot. Outback standards are usually very high from Customer Serviceto great tasting food. Paying top/fair dollar for all of the above. Certainly not met last night. Hopefully management canfigure it out. Went here last night to celebrate with my husband and in-laws. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had here and the worst of... any restaurant for a long time! No one seemed to know what they were doing, and there was no coordination of the staff. We weretold it was a 25 minute wait, and it was 10 minutes longer. On its own, that?s understandable. It took about 30 minutes just toget water and bread. The appetizer arrived an hour after ordered, cold and cooked in old grease. My pop had almost nocarbonation, and it took 45 minutes and 4 asks for a new drink. Our server was very rarely seen and no manager was comingaround the tables. After TWO hours of waiting, we received our meals. All steaks were cooked incorrectly, broccoli was hard, andthe food was cool to the touch. Our meal was comped, but this was such an awful experience I felt the need to write this review.Outback has been my favorite restaurant for a long time, but I don?t see myself ever going back to this location, at least. I am always a fan of Outback which is why it pains me to say my experience was not the greatest. Now I haven't been to outback... for a few years but always had excellent service. I ordered the famous blooming onion and was quite disappointed to see it's thesame price for a smaller portion. Not to mention the sauce tasted a bit soapy. The waitress was unfortunately not the best, sheseemed like she wanted nothing to do with our table. Now when it came to dinner I ordered the chicken and steak combo withseasoned rice and mashed potatoes. Even though my mashed potatoes was forgotten and had to wait an hour and a half for it, thesteak, chicken and rice was wonderfully seasoned. That alone made me forget the poor service and small blooming onion with soapysauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and as I said the flavors were amazing as well. I'm hoping this was a fluke with the badservice and all and not a constant as I really do prefer Outback to it's competitors. Read more
Waited 30 minutes or more after the wait time when I went to pick up. They never caklme out I had to go in . The food wasn't all... that Great. The steak was good the chicken was tasteless and small. The mash potatoes were half filled up and it was Familystyle the salad was barely for 1 let alone 2 they sent 1 bread not 2 and the butter was a portion for one slice of bread not thewhole thing.
