I did rapid pick up in which you can't rapidly pick up. You actually have to go straight to the cashier. The whole point of... online ordering and paying for things before hand is to avoid the line. So the ?rapid? pick up has to stand there and wait aftereveryone before them orders when they have already ordered and paid for things beforehand, and stated the exact time that theywould be there to pick it up ?rapidly.? So, if you got 10 people ordering before you or 20. You?re not really saving any time bydoing rapid pick up. Or, you just have to plan to pick it up minutes before. Second, I don't understand why there are manyworkers but only one working the main cashier. Third, I was speed walking in from the very beginning to quickly grab my food, inwhich I pass a couple at the baking cashier while they were trying to order their food. It is not my fault that soon after justbarely passing them the worker told them that they had to stand at other cashier where I was currently standing. I honestlythought they were ordering bake goods!!! It took me awhile to realize I was given an attitude from the workers at the bake goodsand the couple because they thought I was cutting? I was trying to get the worker to tell them I am just there for rapid pickup. I was quickly ignored right when I spoke until the worker from the bake goods realize I was just there for ?rapid? pick up,that he soon turned around with a completely changed attitude. Listen, I already ordered hours ago, and just wanted to grab mybag and go. It literally only takes two seconds and it's not my fault they don't put the rapid pick up at the rapid pick upshelvings! Even though I will never go there, here?s an idea. How about a sign for pick up only at one of the cashier, so thatrapid pick up can just pick up their foods rapidly without any headaches? That would be nice. I mean, they already paid,ordered, and by the time they arrive- the food is just sitting there in bags for ?rapid? pick up. Read more
It?s almost 5pm on 10/14 at the Montrose location and I?m incredibly impressed with the young men that helped me. They were very... kind and did everything they could to help me even though they were short staffed. Treat those boys right, they came in to helpout their job today. Read more
Every time I come to this Panera it?s closed in the middle of the day. I remember one time I came, got food, and started a quiz... and without any warning they announced they were closing the dining room in 5 minutes. There was no note on the door or anythingor I wouldn?t have come in to begin with. Well today I decided to stop here and study on my way home and of course it?s closedagain in the middle of the afternoon. It?s one thing if it happened every once in a while but this happens every single time Icome to this specific Panera. I?ll stick with the one in Howe from now on. Read more
Went in with my daughter for dinner on the way home from shopping. There was fast service and the order was as expected. Food... good as always. We love Panera. Read more
Two day ago I stopped into this Panera location to grab a couple pastries and was kinda of surprised at how they were running... things. The line was pretty long behind me and I watched the manager stand there doing nothing. Not trying to take anyone?sorder. The other people working were also just hanging around talking, besides one worker Val. Val was basically running thewhole store and doing an amazing job. Val was super fast and very kind to all the customers. She deserve more appreciation. Read more

I hate to say it but if I could give a 0 star I would. We used to love ordering here. But the last few times the food was... terrible. Today was the last straw. Brown lettuce, bad avocado and the order was wrong. The whole salad had maybe a cup oflettuce at most .........do not order. Our order was over 90.00 and when we call they basically said to bad, nothing we cando. Read more
Waited 10 minutes for two "hot" drinks. Both were barely warm and tasteless. $11.00 for garbage. Disorganized place at best. ... Generally panera is OK, But this has really soured me on going back to any location. Read more
