I orderd a large, pepperoni, sausage and banana pepper pizza, and it was absolutely awful. Had little to no sauce, was very... dry. Called and spoke with a manager, his reply was "I don't know how a pizza wouldn't have sauce on it. I told him I didn'twant to come back out for a replacement. Not that he offered a replacement or a credit. I told him, I didn't think they woulddo anything anyway. I will never patronize this location, or for that matter, Papa John's again. Read more

Don't Apply for a Job here you will be Highly disappointed. The Manager that interviewed me was very Unprofessional, Had me wait... 40 minutes after the scheduled time for the interview and " Walked in the Office to Interview me and said "Wassup Dude". It wasa 2 Minute interview and I dont even know her name as she never mentioned it. Have waited 3 weeks for a background check I wastold I would get through Email but never received it even after Multiple calls to the store. I should have known and listened tomyself after reading all the Bad reviews they already have before I went for the Interview. So much hope and time wasted. DONTAPPLY ???????????? Read more
Train wreck customer handling 12/17/21 9:00 PM. Innocent mistakes are fine. Lack of responsibility and poor treatment of... regular customers amazingly unsatisfactory. Pizza delivery is definitely in a downward spiral these days. Train your staff. When you get it right you are awesome. The problem is you get it right maybe 1/3 of the time. Your staff tonight very poorlyrepresented you. I'd like to think tonight an innocent mistake, followed by weakly trained management, and probably a busyfrustrating night for the team. But wow. 1st time using the app since most reviews said don't bother to call the order center in India... the app was easy to use, and... the tracking feature was interesting, accurate and informative! We laughed that we actually watched the car moving on the mapall the way to our house! Ok... on to the pizza. Got the New York style with double pepperoni and it was delicious! Nice chewythin crust, sauce was kinda spicy, ample amount of cheese, pepperoni was everywhere but not greasy and overall a good pie!Definitely will have it again! Delivery was on time friendly. Order a large 2 topping Pepperoni carry out special for 9.99 get to the store the pizza was made wrong so it was remade me... waiting another 15 min for it to be remade I get home and notice the new pizza is not only made wrong IT WAS SONEBODY ELSE ORDERALOMG WITH NAME.I called the store to tell the situation was given apology and was told a credit would be placed on my accountfor the next time I order. 2 days later I order the same thing and the lady at the counter told me I still owe 9.99 because thepizza originally is 17.99.Im not understanding how a credit is applied to my account for a pizza you messed up not 1 time buttwice.I will not be back Read more
Order pizza, breadsticks, and extra sauces. OVER an hour later ( should have been delivered 20 minutes earlier according to the... app) it was delivered cold. When we called the store a male Picked up and HUNG UP when we calmly voiced our grievance. I don?tknow who they are using for delivery but this is the second time we have had an issue am we are over it!!!!! We will let ourreward expire and order from somewhere else from now on. After my dreadful experience with the local pizza hut I decided to try papa John's. My order was correct complete and arrived on... time. The only downside was they contracted the delivery to door dash witch caused some confusion however this was not really abig deal. If they keep service this consistent papa John's will most likely be my new go to for dependable service and driversthat actually show up.
