Had to do some returns at the Amazon hub next door and decided to pop in for lunch today Sunday Nov 6 and everyone was polite... and food was made perfect for both of us. The staff was trying to keep the place clean and orderly. It would be nice for thesebusinesses if the city or the school would send someone out to clean up the trash out front. One of the girls working went outto blow leaves but the amount of littering on the street is sad. Read more

Little long of a wait, I think I got half my fries from the bottom of the pan as they were all smaller and some we not as warm.... Overall it was satisfying for the time needed. Read more

AVOID GOING HERE! I went to this location back on November 7th. While there I ordered a sub, medium fries, and some cookies.... When I got to the cash register the total the young woman told me seemed higher than normal so I asked for a receipt. Thecashier, obviously annoyed, told me she couldn?t because their system wasn?t working. Since she was so huffy I decided just topay it. Once I got home I looked to see what the total should have been by putting the same order in online. My total wasnotably lower so I submitted a complaint online. Two days later a supervisor called me and read what my receipt had on it. Itincluded a wrap that I did not order and also never received. So the cashier must have added a wrap on there, could see that Ishould have been given it with my order, and withheld it. Having worked in fast food for years I am assuming Penn Station has ascreen that informs the employees what should be in the order before they hand it out. So being charged for a wrap that I nevergot seems very sketchy to me and feels like I definitely paid for a wrap for one of the employees to later eat. The supervisoralso told me that the GM claimed to have attempted to call me and was unable to reach me. I never received a call from the GMand had no missed calls on my phone. I was then offered a refund at the store, which I would have to coordinate with the GM, ora coupon in the mail. Since I at that point didn?t trust the GM to contact me for the refund I chose the coupon. However, afterover a month, the coupon never arrived. Needless to say I won?t be returning to this location again. Read more
