Ordered about 30$ worth of food, including pan pizzas and pasta. I got literally a single layer of burnt pasta in the pan and 2... pepperonis on on of the pan pizzas. If they think this is acceptable, I would definitely not recommend going to this location atall. Read more
The first time I ordered they messed up my food and gave me a $20 credit so I use my $20 credit and they gave me some trash... food. Forgot my marinara and when I call he said what you want to do pick it up. I said no. I would like my orders to be rightand my food to be good. He hung up the phone on me. Get my order correct. I was impressed with how fresh the food was but upon getting home and opening my order they put pepperoni... instead of pineapple on the pizza...there was no use in calling because I would have had to wait for another pizza and go andpick it up. I don't order pizza too often, but I have to share that EACH time I order from the Copley rd Pizza Hut I am impressed! This is... the 2nd time that I have gotten Delilah on the phone and once again she did not disappoint with her stellar customer service!Even when I had her read off the different wing flavors 3 times, she never got frustrated or anything! Delilah is a TRUE exampleof GREAT customer service...something that alot of food places are lacking! Read more
