I went to this Popeye's with the coupon for the 10 piece and two size and five biscuits. I didn't get my order until an hour... later and I only have one side and five hard biscuits and half cooked chicken breast. I'm talking about crunchy hard biscuits. So we walk in there. No one has a hair net on yet everyone has long hair. No one is wearing gloves. Someone asked me after 15... mins of standing in an empty line if I wanted to order, I said yes but then the cashier proceeded to grab her phone and chargerright after asking me that and came up to the front to have a seat. Phones hanging off people necks. Manager let the cashierleave and go the store, on company time, to grab a new phone charger. Had my order sitting in front of me for and additional20mins even tho I asked 3 ppl if that was my food over there ready. They said yea but still didn?t bag it. Then had the nerve tohave the wrong order in the bag with missing sides cold fries and cold biscuits? There was no type of order there. It was allchaos. I highly don?t recommend. Read more
They don't have many choices for sides that are pork free. I ordered mashed potatoes without gravy and was told all of the... mashed potatoes already have gravy. I was forced to order fries that I don't like just to complete my order. I was told theonline orders take 45 minutes to come through to the location. I was not able to use my app to get my discount due to that. It'svery frustrating to be forced to go through the drive thru and wait in line while no one is inside. Girl at the window was very rude, our entire order was messed up. Ordered the 10pc family meal with two LG sides and 6 biscuits.... Didn't get any biscuits only got one side and it was a small. A young man came out to help he was nice but said they were out ofbiscuits and other sides gave us another small side. Will not be going there again. Hopefully the owner fixes these issuesbecause Popeyes overall is good food but this location needs customer service help badly ???? Read more
Came here for some delicious chicken. Met with nothing. literally! No greeting no talking and lobby doors locked. People in... there cooking food. Just not serving guests. What kind of management you have here? Think I'll drive a bit further to a CarrolsCorp store. At least they tell you they're having issues. Read more
Arrived at 4:30 and left at 4:55 with no food. Was told to pull up because they had to drop the chicken tenders. Shouldn't be... too long, she said. Sat in front watching cars that were behind me go by. Watched an employee hang out in the lobby with hisgirlfriend and her friend. After girlfriend and friend left, I walked up to the door, which was locked. Knocked. No one wouldopen. Got back in my car and wished I could leave but I already paid. Drove back in car line. Got to window and was told....weare gonna drop your tenders now. By that point I asked for a refund cause I was now about to get charged for picking my child uplate from daycare. They are never taking orders, and any time I've... ever been there the drive-through has been around the building and they're telling everyone they're not taking any more orders,every every time I've been there there's been some sort of issue! Hands down the worst experience at a fast food restaurant. Ordered online?.arrived to see that you can?t go inside. Might be... helpful to put that in the app?.but I digress. After sitting in the drive through line for like 10 min and not moving?.to pickup food I ordered online?.I checked the reviews at this location?.and promptly got a refund through the app and canceled myorder.
