Today I went to pulp to order 3 kale ka pow and the first one wasn't blended properly, It had chunks of fruit and kale clogging... up the straw, I go back the young lady remakes it after just pouring old kale from my cup back into blender and adding morefruit and juice and sherbet and ice and a hem blended again on top of previously made cup, she shakes blender goes and add more ingredients hands me 2 kid kale ka pow that is now a mustard color, I day thank you she apologies I leave gotta get to work,half way to work I try the smoothie it's gross, I get to work set my things down click in and Google pulp, I call the gentlemansays sorry but if you don't come back today... No one that works here will remake or refund you, it's our policy. I explained Ihad to get to work and I didn't get receipt, he said sorry and is that all and hung up. Seems to be a new manager here and when I called a head 37 minutes came to pick up my order it still wasn't ready ???? so I said... nevermind I'll get it tomorrow just give me wate please.. then he was rushing anyway so when blending my smoothie he threw thelime in instead of ginger (is what I had asked for ginger to be blended not lime)n he blended it and then he told me there'smultiple ways of doing it that way which we all know it makes your smoothie hard to drink because there is too much skin to chewand who wants to do that..???? I took the drink relentlessly because it was my dinner for work ????????then when sipping it Inoticed it was hard to drink because of the extra part skin ???? so when I called back and let him know this he didn't apologizeand he disconnected the call on me and when I called back several times it didn't answer???????? leaving me to leave a messagefor the manager which he claims he is the manager unbelievable! Way to rip people off! That is how the large juice that I paid ful price for came. And when I asked the lady that attended me... that there are 3 inches of juice missing, she said that this is how it comes. I come here often, and no, this is not how it isserved. Never again. Read more
