I come here very rarely for a reason. This may be the most BUSTED Pulp location in the vast extent of the universe. Walk up to... the counter to order and expect to wait a few minutes before you are acknowledged. Wanna place your order? Oops, I?m sorry, theemployee is now turned around screaming at another employee while you are mid sentence. Now you have a long wait. I could havefiled my taxes during this wait. I could have completed an entire human gestation period during this wait. I could have finishedmy degree. But not get a smoothie. A smoothie at Pulp? No way. Go to the West Market location. I typically always get my smoothies or juices from Pulp on E Exchange, I?ve never had a bad experience however none of the... workers really left me with something to remember. A few weeks ago I was greeted with a good morning and a smile at 7:30 am, Iwas barely awake but her energy and her smile small talk made my morning brighter. Today I go in on my lunch break and there sheis again making smoothies making sure she speaks and smiles at everyone who walked in. I just want to give a big thanks to her.You make it worthwhile coming in and being served with a smile. I heard another customer comment that she loves it when shewalks in and see you in there. My friends and I go climbing 3 times a week and always enjoy smoothies after our workout. However, it?s hard to enjoy when the... employees clearly hate their jobs and don?t want to be there. Every time we go, nobody smiles, nobody says you?re welcome, andwe almost feel bad for going in because it makes them so miserable. Service is terrible they have new staff and there attitude is terrible and they move real slow with orders . I would suggest... going to a different one of u want to wait 30 min HONEST REVIEW!!! This is by far the worst pulp smoothie bar in the area, location is perfect, customer service is garbage. Always a chunky or... watered down smoothie with some sort of after taste, employees nails dirty with chipped nail polish, dirty, stained sweats, hairin disarray and every time I go I say the same thing, that I will not return to that location, but I swear today was the lasttime.
