LITERALLY THE WORST!!! They have 4 employees just standing around, one should be doing register at all times. Instead the kid... with the glasses leaves the register to go put food in while the manager just stands there. There we go again, guy leavesregister, There always needs to be a person on register! Not a huge Starbucks fan, but I've never had a problem here. I think the Bierce Library Starbucks is better but everyone at the... Polsky one is also nice and I've never had anything messed up here. Also, the lines are never that bad here compared to theother on-campus Starbucks locations. Read more
Employees don't do much.....multiple times I've seen 4 or more baristas behind the counter, one making drinks slowly and the... other three just chilling and talking. If it were a one time thing it wouldn't be a big deal but I've seen this three times. Ireally hope the baristas can find some motivation. Read more
