Ordered 2 milkshakes for curbside pickup. Got to the restaurant and pulled into a pickup parking spot to find that when you call... the restaurant, the call is immediately declined. Had to go to the drive through to let them know we were here for our pickup.Sat for about 3 minutes before we got a response from the speaker; pulled around to the window and waited 20 minutes for twomilkshakes. We did not order any food. Only looked like two people working in the restaurant; definitely understaffed andunderprepared. Got home and the milkshakes had a funny taste and one had some sort of slimy chunk at the bottom. Dumped them outand won't be going back. Read more

Terrible service. They gave me rubbery fries screwed up all 3 sandwiches. Finally making matters worse they kept the phone off... the hook. Don't waste your your money or time at this place. SMH ???? Read more

2 staff total restaurant = slow service. Food quality is below previous level, more like a second rate McDonalds. Half the... tables had chairs on top of them looking like a closed restaurant!! Do-it-yourself ordering kiosks. NO WAITRESSES. Clean tablesyourself. Certainly NOT up to previous Steak and Shake quality. Read more

This place is an absolute public health hazard! Filthy conditions, employees not washing hands, and the food was all burnt to... the point of being inedible. Took over an hour to get food despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Read more

Ordered at the kiosk. Receipt printed out blank. Waited for 15 minutes until name was called, when we were informed that one of... the items were unavailable. They put cheese on the hamburger we ordered without. They were also out of hot dog buns. To refundus for the unavailable item, we were handed a $5 bill when the item on the menu was over $6 that we paid for. While waiting, wewitnessed the cook go into the bathroom wearing his gloves, came right back out holding his headset, and did not change hisgloves after touching those surfaces before going right back to the grill. The bathrooms smelled terrible and were not clean. Ihave not been to a Steak and Shake in several years, and I will not be coming back. Read more

I ordered a hot dog, did not realize it came with a bunch of toppings - this was my fault. The front door was locked, they hung... up every time I called, and the drive through took about 10 minutes the first time I went through. A staff member happened tocome out front and said they would get a replacement, but 10 minutes later nobody returned. I went into the drive through to askfor a replacement and was honestly a bit heated - but there was quite a line and at this point I had spent about 20 minuteswaiting on one item. I know they are understaffed, but there should at least be a way to correct an incorrect order withouthaving to start over again in the drive through. Also, poor service to hang up the phone every time it rings. Management coulddo with improving, the staff were clearly under pressure and doing the best they could. Sorry for being heated, by the way. Iam just frustrated there is not an easier way to fix issues. Read more

My friends and I came in on re-opening day and I have never had a better experience. The aesthetic of the place is beautiful,... it?s clean and the kitchen looked well kept. The manager was extremely nice and respectful. The food was 10/10! If I could givethis experience a higher score I would. Highly recommended. Read more
