I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking... area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Poor customer service. Walked in at 9:00 pm tonight. Basically everything was already put away and the two young adults working... were like were "CLOSED". I said what time is it? Like 8:50 something? No it's 9:02. Crazy that this store wouldn't want the $40of extra money I was about to put in their drawer by making four of the same footlongs and me grabbing some chips! Oh well wentto the Subway on E. Tallmadge Ave. where I had amazing service and got treated like a queen! I refuse to ever go back to theMain St. Location in Coventry I was just at this evening. I came in with a complicated order and the girl was very patient and kind. She made ordering my food easier for me. I was even... confused with the tip screen. But once everything was explained she got a nice tip and I was very happy with my food. Irecommend this store and I will be returning. Read more

I wasn?t greeted when I walked in. The employee Deandre who made my sandwich was extremely rude! Didn?t look up once while... making my sandwich. The flatbread was raw and doughy and my steak was cold. I told the cashier (who was nice) and she hadDeandre remake the sandwich. He had an attitude as if this was an inconvenience for him!
