Ordered food online for 3 people at 6:57 pm Monday and the app said it would be ready at 7:26 pm. Arrived a few minutes early... and was told by a trainee car hop that he couldn?t find my order on his iPad so he went inside to check on it. A few minuteslater a regular car hop came out and told me they had found the order but it wasn?t ready yet. 20 minutes later and a differentcar hop came out and said the kitchen hadn?t started the order yet but they could put a rush on it if I could wait 10 moreminutes. I agreed because I needed the food and asked for a partial refund on my bill. Finally got the food about 8:10 but wastold they couldn?t give me any refund because I had paid online. My family and I love Swensons and have been a patron for many years. Lately I feel that the quality of service has slipped. I... ordered s shrimp basket with coleslaw. Not only did I not receive my cocktail sauce, I also did not receive coleslaw. I amassuming that this is potato salad and it appears to have been used as well. Too tired to return but come on Swensons. You haveloyal customers so the least you can do is to ensure that we receive what we ordered. Thank you. Read more
Amazing amazing food. We were across the street getting my son some fries from McDonald's when we saw Swensons. We decided to... look at the reviews....well over 5000 reviews and over 4.5 ! So many reviews mentioned their burgers being "out of this world "...so we decided...let's try it. We were not disappointed. I kid you not , their speciality burger is now on my fav burgers Ihave tried. Their onion rings were amazing as well !! Now, during our travels, if I see another Swensons, we will def makesure to stop !! Also their staff is amazing, courteous and attentive. Amazing experience. Swensons is like a hungry game of Russian. Roulette. I think I've waited 45+ min for food maybe 1/3 of the time I order and 30+... min another 1/3. About half of those times they come out after 30 minutes and say 'hey sorry we forgot to put your order andit'll be another 15 minutes', and some of those times not all the food is there after the wait. The burger slaps if you everactually get it. The runners are always nice about it. But I can't recommend anyone go here when the local Chinese hole in thewall is $10 cheaper, ready faster, and is never wrong Read more
