I have been a huge Taco Bell fan for years but I?m not sure how they could stay in business much longer. They took well over 30... minutes for my order, had a dining room full of angry customers, the bathrooms were locked and the dining room has chairsrusting at the floor and tables warn away because it hasn?t had an update since the early 90s? Wish I could take their stars. Restaurant actively ignoring instructions putting customers at risk.Highly allergic to tomatoes... #5 arrived without the taco COVERED in beans which I hate and tomatoes. Thus location got my order wrong. I called to let them know what was wrong with it and was told I have to be up there with the... receipt within 24 hours or they won't fix it. The soft taco Supreme had no sour cream I ordered 2 of them. Then my son wantedsome cheddar seasoned beef chalupa did not get that instead received another soft taco. Literally just got home and not up toleaving so thanks for messing up my order! Read more
So this rating is for corporate TB as well as this branch. Its dumb that you can only order certain menu items online. That... being said thats the only thing i like from TB anymore. We abided, went through the stuff for the online order and it wouldntlet us check out. We pull up to the box to say hey we cant get the online stuff to work to see what options we have to resolvethe issue and they said "were understaffed tonight, were only taking online orders". I explained that we tried and and itwouldnt let us checkout after completing our order. He stated there was nothing he could do. Gas is 490+ a gallon, and i droveall the way here for their system not to work and the workers to refuse my order at the drive through. Read more

Worst T Bell I've ever been to. I got maybe a teaspoon of meat, the rest being soft and hard taco shells for my crunch wrap... supreme. I get you don't like your job, but atleast put in 5% effort. If you don't care for the meat, any taco here will mostlikely be vegetarian at the rate they're going. Read more
