Only getting a one star review, because zero isn?t possible. Legitimately the worst place ever. Placed a mobile order and... waited 42 minutes after arriving for two meals. Finally go in, only to find out that the reason things took so long is becausetwo of the workers were fighting with each other and walking away from the station. Their manager proceeded to scream ateveryone but not help. Another Worker proceeded to yell at a customer who complained about the wait. An absolute disaster. Fireeveryone and start over. Overall, Disappointing. Food has gone downhill in quality in general.. Apple Pecan Salad is still pretty good, but the chili is... just not what it used to be.. And no more side salads?!?! What's THAT all about !??! A large frosty is a child's sized drink cupfor an unmentionable cost!! Was there last night.after 9pm. Got a regular burger but ordered a Baconator burger. Pub Fries wereway too salty and the sauce isn't the same as last year when it first came out. Waited after pulling forward on fries for over 5minutes. Read more
Awful location. They let their chicken nuggets sit in the warmer far too long, so whenever I order them they are ALWAYS tiny,... dried up, and taste stale. Its a serious shame because I love Wendy's. Someone there is messing up BAD and I almost feel like ahigher up should be reached about their conditions. This day I went 8/24/22.. off S. Arlington in Akron I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 mins, only one car ahead of me, I... guess had an issue with their food, I was given a free frosty for waiting so long. But when I get to work my food was HORRIBLE!and I've been here before, my nuggets wasn't hot and tasted old... my fries were cold and hard and my sandwich looked as if ithas been sitting for a long period of time, the meat looked hard and dry I didn't eat the sandwich or the fries I had 2 nuggetsand tossed it all in the trash, I was was too far away from work to return the food, i had got the biggie bag $5 I've never hadWendy's this bad from this location... Disgusting place to get your chicken sandwiches at. Very undercooked. Waste of money. Will never eat Wendy's again.
Took 20+ minutes to get 2 meals from the drive thu ( there was no line ) food was cold, forgot an item, gave us two wrong... sandwiches & used the wrong bun on one of the sandwiches. The fries were good but that doesn't fix everything else. I went there today, the food was fine, the cookies, not so much. They were hard as a rock, and the chocolate chip cookies was so... old it was beige not brown. That?s sad. Read more
I'm not one to leave reviews at all, especially negative ones. Up to this point my experience at this Wendys has been very good.... My food is always hot and good. However, today I went through the drive through and received the wrong sandwich. When I wentinside to get the correct sandwich, the ladies working were very rude to me and most other customers in the line. When I got thecorrect sandwich, it was burnt. Read more
