This location is a mess. You can't dine in. Drive thru line moved pretty fast but had to wait 15 minutes to get food. I watched... multiple cars have to wait and several pulled off. Only ordered one meal. This happens everytime we go. I usually drive toanother location but I was being lazy. This was my last time. Placed a mobile order 15 min before they were closed because we were told mobile orders only..Was charged $33 just to be told... they can?t take any more orders when I literally already paid for it and it went through! Was ripped off and screwed over ! Lazyemployees and management just trying to go home early. Manager on shift didn?t care even though I had a receipt showing I paid.Very angry and upset!!!! The food was surprisingly hot and fresh. The restaurant inside was cold and the pop machine was still broken. Management should... get on those issues for future reference. The stars are for the nice employee named Amanda who was very friendly and helpful andgot our drinks. She deserves a raise.
