Went to Wendy?s on 1266 Canton Rd. in Akron Ohio ordered a five dollar biggie bag and as I was speaking and telling my order... they we?re extremely rude the cashier when I pulled up gave me a drink that wasn?t full and A left over order from somebodyelse?s order because I got the wrong sauce the wrong chicken nuggets it tasted like it was sitting in the warmer for the longesttime and there were more chicken nuggets like somebody added on to the order so when I was trying to pull back in and let themknow they said where is your receipt and of course they didn?t give me a receipt in bag be careful out there everyone get yourreceipt from this PLACE or they won?t give you your FOOD. Happend last night too me MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPTS horriblehospitality from last night really upset there?s people out here that barely have any money and just want one good meal Read more
Food was Not edible. Ordered two jbc?s and two chicken sandwiches. Was told to pull up and waited on fresh food. The sandwiches... looked like they had sat out for hours. The chicken was cold and as hard as a rock. The burgers were even worse. 0 out of 5stars! Read more
Me and my helper tried to eat a late lunch here today at 2pm and the dining area was closed. Pretty hard to wash your hands use... the restroom and eat if you are closed inside. Even if I wanted to finger my food with hands that have been touching dirt allday my truck and trailer doesn?t fit through your drive through. Read more
Always have an issue here, this was last time I'll go, two spicy chicken sandwich ordered normally, no lettuce or tomato, it... bacon cheeseburger with no bacon, tried calling and the number is out of service, NEVER AGAIN (last 10 times it's always messedup, called and just let them know but now can't even call) Read more
Stopped for breakfast on way to a job. Had our dog with us. He doesn't like eggs LOL. Manager Wendy (yes, that's really her... name!) offered to drop a few orders of chicken nuggets for him even though lunch menu didn't start for few hours. Only had towait few minutes and our breakfast was brought out hot & fresh too, along with Duke's chicken. Above & beyond customer service.Don't get that much these days. Super friendly too. Read more
disappointed in this Wendy's. I ordered 4 biggie bags and a 10 piece nugget. If you don't know what a biggie bag is it a choice... of 3 different sandwiches, fries, nuggets and a drink for $5.00. Well I was the 2nd in line I get to the window and pay and theyasked nicely if I could pull up and they would bring it out to me. So I did so, there was only 2 cars behind me. Which I didn'tmind pulling up. I waited for about 10 mins or so for them to bring my order out. So I was expected somewhat of fresh food sincethey pulled me. Well I was wrong, my whole order was room temperature. So I left there with room temperature food cause I had 2hungry boys 5 & 7 in the back seat and a hungry husband at home and I didn't have the time to wait. So this place is ok to eatat cause of friendly workers but the food is not fresh even after being pulled up to wait for order. Sorry So Long Read more
Service was thw worst ever. 10:30 am Sat. Ordered 2 burgers w/ everything except cheese. Had to tell 1st girl twice. Had to tell... 2nd girl twice. Then rec 2 plain burgers. Walked around the building with food. Walked up to the window. Told them they gave methe wrong food. Some guy saids that he made sure (himself) that they're right. Get out to vehicle and they're chsburgers w/ asliver of lettuce,tomato. That experience was Awful ! That business really needs ADULT SUPERVISION !!!!! Read more
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I once went there and they told me that I had to pull back around to do my... order and that I had to wait in line. So I did that, get up to the window for them and tell me that they're closed. I asked fora manager. And some kids stuck his face off the window and started laughing at me true story. The workers at this Wendy's is soout of control it's not even funny I highly suggest do not ever go there especially do not let your kids go inside alone. Read more
